Scott (Galaxy Garden & Bakery) has been vegan for 30 years while Stacy (Wild Sparrowe) has been baking vegan treats for 8 years. They bring different flavors, textures and ingredients to the market for you to enjoy. Scott uses locally grown grains that are freshly ground just before baking with his flour mill. Gluten-free items include: Raspberry Rhubarb Oat Bars, "Healthyish" Fudge Brownie, Carrot Cake Bar. Additionally both Scott & Stacy will be adding and rotating in more gluten-free items.
